After graduating from San Jose State University with a B.S. Degree in Advertising, Lisa went on to start her first Advertising Agency in Silicon Valley when she was just 25 years old, and she ran her award-winning agency for 20 years. During that time her clients included some of the biggest brand names in the Technology & Consumer sectors.

And as a result of owning her agency for 2 decades, Lisa has worked with, recruited, managed, motivated, and/or mentored a wide variety of people; diverse in gender, age, background and career-level.

Now, in the next phase of her professional life, Lisa is known as The Generations Relations Expert, and she is the author of three popular business books on Amazon (print & Kindle versions available): Millennials Incorporated, Millennials Into Leadership, and her latest book, Boomers into Business. Her first book (Millennials Incorporated) was selected as a finalist in ForeWord Magazine’s Annual “Book of the Year” competition, and all three of her books remain top-sellers on Amazon today.

Lisa is also an in-demand speaker and consultant who is hired by well-known organizations, such as: Pepsi, Wells Fargo, Paul Mitchell Systems, Cisco, Johnson & Johnson, eBay, SAP, USC, SJSU, Heald College, SEMA, SOPHE, Hewitt Associates, and Blue Cross/Blue Shield.
