Overview of the Promote U Level One Course

Who Is This Course For? This was developed for people from ANY type of industry who want to write a book, and/or begin speaking "for pay" as an expert in their field, but aren't sure how to get started. And aside from learning the ins & outs of publishing options and the speaking industry, you will learn how to effectively market your book, build your personal brand, and solid strategies for marketing your business. You are guaranteed to learn many effective ideas that most Marketing Experts, Publicists and PR Consultants would charge a substantial monthly retainer for.

How Does the Course Work?

• Lisa only conducts ONE NEW Level One course per month, limited to 10 students. This means you will go through the course with the same students.
• A “complete course” includes 3 class sessions scheduled on consecutive Tuesdays in one calendar month (example: 3 Tuesdays in a row in March). Classes are conducted via conference calls, and are scheduled for 10:00 AM PST/1:00 PM EST. You must make sure you can schedule these and attend all 3 classes! Only one free make-up class is granted for each student.
• You also receive a private 1-hour, one-on-one, consulting session with Lisa outside of the classes to discuss/brainstorm ideas for your business.
• Each of the 3 class sessions run approx. 60-75 minutes.
• Classes are “live” with Lisa and not pre-recorded. But because so much info is crammed into each class call, live Q & A is not allowed. We need to avoid having calls run 2-3 hours and/or having one person monopolize the time with questions/comments. However, Lisa can answer your questions during your one-on-one consulting session with her, and she will accept questions via email while you are enrolled. Plus, any of your questions (or comments/ideas) submitted via email, that she thinks will benefit the entire class, will be answered and shared with all students via email.
• A structured plan has been created for each of the 3 class sessions and Workbook Handouts are provided prior to each class for note-taking and future reference.
• Resources (vendors, services, websites, books, blogs, etc.), case studies, and “how to” tips are provided for all strategies taught. You will not only learn what to do, but how!
• Copies of pertinent articles with helpful info and ideas also provided.
• Students are ANONYMOUS. Only Lisa will know your last name, company name and occupation. However, if you are interested in meeting other students who may be good partners for business opportunities, Lisa will facilitate private introductions via email.
